NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The United Methodist Board of Higher Education and Ministry has launched a new partnership to bring Spanish-language editions of its publishing titles to six Latin American countries. The agreement begins with one book and, ideally, will expand over time, the agency announced.

ATLANTA — The Rev. Olu Brown, lead pastor of Impact Church, a United Methodist congregation, will be the featured preacher Jan. 12 on “Day 1” with host Peter Wallace. The nationally broadcast ecumenical radio program also is accessible online at Day1.org and by podcast.
