What did your annual conference do to reinforce the Four Areas of Focus, and what commitments has the conference made for the coming year?

On improving global health, Bishop Kasap appointed Dr. Simon Kangasa as a medical doctor for the Zambia Annual Conference in charge of a clinic that shall be established in the near future. He is working with partners who came to survey and see the Zambia Conference to consider establishing a clinic.

Bishop Kasap assisted the Zambia Conference with $1,000 to help register a university in the conference, which will open in January 2020 and is expected to start with a faculty of theology. This is being done to improve education.

The Zambia Conference members and local churches are helping one another in difficult times with issues including hunger, which is a problem in Zambia and other parts of Africa.
