Social Principles revision

One of the pieces of legislation calls for “the General Board of Church and Society to lead and initiate a process to revise the Social Principles…with the goal of making them more succinct, theologically founded and globally relevant.”

By a two-thirds vote of the delegates the revision effort, including composition of the study committee, was referred to the General Council on Strategy and Oversight.
