NAPA, Calif. (UMNS) — Work crews began raising the roof over the 98-year-old First United Methodist Church in order to shift the front wall to its correct position. Full repairs of the damage from the Aug. 24 earthquake are expected to take at least six months and cost more than $1 million, reports the Napa Valley Register.
